Though we had some problems at first (Dave incorrectly over-​measured our square-​footage, and Jeff paid little attention to detail), after making our complaints heard to Barry, he personally came over and took care of all the problems.
Our floor now looks great to the last detail. Though I highly recommend Barry for both his workmanship and his service, it was a little disappointing that I had to do a little bit of pulling teeth to get everything taken care of (thus the 4 stars).
