Just an update on what a ripoff they are. Bob told us it costs approximately $ 15,000 to redo a bathroom. We just had a beautiful job, done as I wanted, for under $ 7,000. Yes, this is with supplies. Bad, bad, bad company.

Bob is a blame-​shifting dolt who used his visit with us (wherein he was supposed to give us an estimate for work to be done) to criticize the things he found wrong with the in-​progress bathroom, justify all the items his business uses for upselling, and network with another contractor who was present on the premises.
Unprofessional and clueless.
