The franchise owner should just shut it down. They don’t seem to know what they are doing and the poor cashier gets frustrated because every time she pages someone to go help a customer she has to page them multiple times. Horrible service and priced too high.

When you walk into a store have have to beg someone to help you; when the guy who is in charge of the department isn’t there because «he went to the bank»; when the guy is covering for him keeps saying he wished the other guy were there, that he «doesn’t know;» then, you need to just shut that store down. Horrible service here. Truly horrible.
