To reply to hachi hachi reply. My house is 6.6 miles away. It’s not an exception to the 7 mile radius, it’s within it. Therefore, you made a choice to ignore your own delivery radius, that’s not acceptable.

Horrible experience. Ordered online, took an hour and a half to get food delivered. Called 40 minutes after ordering & was told my food was in the way. Called another 30 minutes later & cashier called the driver & said would be 5 minutes; 15 minutes later I FINALLY got my cold food. Called & complained, manager never called back. I called & was told I could have 20% off next order; there will never be another order. «Manager» & «Owner» both lied to me & refused to make the customer happy & continued to cut me off when I was speaking. Management also hung up on me. When I called back, they picked up & hung up.

Very good! I had the lunch special which came with my miso soup. The soup was very good and the sushi delish. I am filled to the gills. I highly recommend giving the place a try and they also deliver.

Fast, fresh, hibachi? Yep. Steak Hibachi is great. Love this place for a quick take out dinner or lunch.

My son loves the sushi and soup. He’s 4 and can’t get enough of it. Husband likes the chicken hibachi and salad with ginger dressing. We don’t usually dine in so I don’t have much to say about the inside of the restaurant. The pick up service is always quick and easy. It’s the perfect dinner for our family when we don’t want to cook but want to eat at home and have a decent meal.

Food was ok. Place was dirty, floors, walls, etc. Only 1 bathroom was operational, and it did not have hand soap? Also dirty… Will not be back.

Quick service sushi place. For a couple bucks more than a burger and fries, you can enjoy made to order sushi in a casual environment. Nothing fancy.

I had an issue with the food and called to explain the problem. 1st phone call they cut me off mid sentence. I called back again and the women I talked with said she would check with the driver. Gave her my number and never heard back. The food is middle of the road and I will not be back.

Hachi Hachi is definitely a crave worthy place! I LOVE their fried rice. The salmon fried rice is the best thing on the menu and I always order an extra cup of «Hachi sauce» which is some sort of sweet mystery mayo-like goodness that you can pour over your meal. I’ve always had great service at both locations and their delivery times are consistent.(It can take up to 45 minutes, but I know this and always order well enough in advance that it has never been an issue) The rolls are all delicious. I particularly love the spicy tuna rolls and the snow crab rolls. The shrimp tempura, spicy salmon, spider, eel, and surf & turf rolls are all quite good as well. One roll is filling enough for the average person but if you’re a big eater then their lunch special might be more your speed(two rolls from a select list and your choice of soup or salad) Their miso soup is perfect for when you have a cold or if you’re just craving delicious soup for cheap. They also have a selection of Japanese sodas and mochi ice cream, though neither are really a favorite of mine. All in all you can expect to spend as little as $ 4 for a fairly basic sushi roll up to $ 15 based on my memory of their prices from my last visit. If you want hibachi or a fried rice dish you’re likely to spend closer to $ 7-$ 15 depending on what you get. It’s yummy and absolutely worth it.

This place is ok. The girl that worked the register when I was there was a little snappy but oh well. I had some spicy tuna avocado rolls and the steak hibachi for lunch. The roll was pretty darn good. The hibachi wasn’t bad, but the steak was a little fatty and chewy. I would def go back tho.

The only things keeping me from giving 5 stars are the prices & the one time I asked for all veggies(instead of rice) & it was 90% grilled onions. Otherwise, I love the Hibachi. Generous portions but $ 10? I love the Cali rolls. I’ve tried a few other rolls but I am not a fan of sea weed or other such strong flavors. I wish you didn’t have to pay extra for the ginger sauce but I think I can shell out a few cents(25 or 50) I will continue to get the awesome Hibachi & try other roll flavors. The kids love the Japanese Sprite!

Quite similar to the Hachi Hachi on Sundae Dr.(in both décor and food quality), today we got 3 sushi rolls: spider, shrimp tempura, and California, as well as steak fried rice. All three rolls were decent and weren’t fishy at all. The fried rice has a different flavor, but it is delicious. To be completely honest, I realized that they cook rice and meat; when you order hibachi, they separate the two and fried rice, they combine the two. Anyhow, I settle my sushi cravings here and max on the fried rice.

The habachis are nice, and will provide leftovers. Kinda pricy sushi for what you get, but the dragon rolls are the bomb. Check the mailers for coupons.

I’ve frequented this Establishment on multiple occasions and I like the place for what it is, fast food sushi. You are not going to find top of the line gourmet sushi, what you are going to find is something relatively cheap and quick yet still tastes okay. I have my favorites here, The volcano roll, Spicy Tuna, Firecracker and Rockford Sunset rolls. They have others that are good too. I’ve never had any issue with the quality of the food. I usually enjoy what I get. Have I had better, yes… but it wasn’t this far inland and it wasn’t at a restaurant in a strip mall. This one and their partner store off of State St. are ones I hit up for lunch at least once a month.

The rolls here were disappointing. Not much fish to speak of, which I guess I don’t expect for a fast food sushi place. But that was compounded by it not tasting good. I wouldn’t have been as sad had I not paid so much for it. Though, I hear the their steak box thingy is okay. Maybe I’m the idiot for ordering sushi from a place like this.

It lost major points this time. I ordered just sushi this time. The rolls are 85% rice then whatever the item you ordered. I wish I took a picture of how horribly portioned it was, for the $ 6 roll I bought. Also, the rice was undercooked, and wasn’t even flavored. They just lost a customer.
