Love that I found this spot, very tough to find a place that caters to the paleo lifestyle and does it well. I will be returning often.

From the reviews, I expected more. I ordered the weekend special, and unfortunately was very disappointed. The eggs, bacon and toast were cooked perfectly, but the pancakes and home style potatoes were not good. The pancakes were so dry they were crumbling even with butter and syrup, and the potatoes were still hard in the middle.

Service here is great. Regular breakfast items are good. Had a paleo muffin which was $ 3 and tiny and tasted like mush with no flavor, so disappointing. Also, the hash had absolutely no flavor and was just shredded with nothing added. Like eating shredded carrots. I want to have breakfast here but don’t enjoy the food.

My favorite café to go for weekend brunches. I try to come here at least once a week if my work schedule allows. I try to get something different every time I come and I have not been disappointed. I’ve gotten everything from their breakfast omelettes to their burgers and cold subs. Cajun fries are a must. Their service is always good. I can probably close my eyes and randomly point on the menu and be satisfied with what I pick. Not big on the paleo side because I love bread but I have ordered an omelette with their jalapeño sausage and it was delicious. Expect to wait if you come after 10AM and they close at 3PM.

Their Paleo Food is great! I’ve had almost every meal there and they are all great! My favorite is the Paleo Meatballs, no sauce, cauliflower rice with spinach! So yummy! Tip would be order for take out or get there before the rush! Chicken and broccoli is good too! The sweat potato fries are the best!

We Unilocaled out the Connector and were very happy with our choice. We went after church, about 1030. It is a very small place we waited 5 min then the side bar opened up. Not much to look at but we could sit and eat. I ordered off the paleo menu, the Annie, and it was very delicious. The sweet potato hash browns were seasoned and cooked so well. Eggs were poached perfectly. My daughter got on of the Paleo muffins, not so good — gluten free. My husband had an omelette off the reg menu and enjoyed it. Friendly staff. I would recommend it

This place was recommended by a friend who follows a very strict paleo diet and loves it. I went with an open mind. First impressions were it was very clean and looked new. Very small not much seating and parking lot was a disaster on Saturday morning. Regarding the food, all fresh ingredients. I went with a non paleo breakfast, eggs homefries toast kielbasa and blueberry pancakes. Homefries were cold and not seasoned. Eggs were drenched in butter, toast was excellent and pancakes were the star of the show. Fresh blueberries in a thin but great batter, very low sugar. The paleo meal was a veggie omlet it was ok but again lacked seasoning. Came with sweet potato home fries, these were grated sweet potatoes cooked on a flat top no seasoning and just barely warm. These needed to be crispy on the flattop with some seasoning. We also shared a paleo blueberry muffin grilled it was really good with very fresh berries. Overall a good breakfast, I wouldn’t go back unless we has a gluten free person with us.

Would not order again the plain pancakes. the Fran out of the Paleo menu was very good and fulfilling. The fruit cup keeps going strong.

This place is amazing. Our personal favorite breakfast spot. It’s small but efficiently run and the staff is super friendly. The best part is they have a paleo menu for those fans of the paleo lifestyle. When you order paleo french toast they even bring you real maple syrup instead of the fake crap. They cook their paleo meals using extra virgin olive oil but you can request coconut oil instead. We’ve been here probably 6 or 8 times now and have never had a bad experience. If you have a huge appetite you will not be disappointed. They are very liberal with the amount of home fries they serve up alongside your meal(where other diners sometimes are not). Be prepared for a lot of high quality food!

I have no complaints about this place at all. Cheap prices, many different menu options, and the staff are very nice! Went in yesterday and me and my brother haven’t been able to stop talking about how good the hot chocolate is! Going to make this one of our regular spots to go to!

This place is so delicious and cheap. I love their breakfast and daily lunch specials(sandwich fries and a soup!) They also have Paleo stuff which is probably good if your into that. Check this place out!

I found this on Unilocal and was very pleased with breakfast. Simple and reasonably priced, with good service, hot coffee, and it’s close to the Lowell Connector. I had Ham and Eggs and it was very good, served hot and fast. I will be back soon, looks like my newest go-to breakfast place. Closed for dinner I believe, check their hours.

This place is tucked in a little plaza where parking is difficult to find due to being squished between a Bank of America, a dentist’s office, and a hair salon.(There is more parking available in the Lowe’s lot.) During holiday’s and the weekends, this place gets packed. I like to come here for a late breakfast during the weekday. My go-to is the corned beef hash with over easy eggs, toast, and a good cup of coffee. This is the only place that I know of that has a paleo menu, a nice plus! There is a particular waitress here who is so sweet! She’s always bright and cheery. She also remembers to refill coffees and check up on other tables even with how packed it is.

A mixed bag experience here, with the savory items being delicious and the sweet items being awful enough to leave uneaten on the plate. With one waitress also working the takeout counter and cash register, we expected a bit of a wait. But it was a very long wait with no acknowledgement, no cheery«Be right with you» and with other people arriving after us being served first. After finally taking our order, there was at least a stated, if insincere Sorry for the wait. So there’s that. Could not be considered Friendly Service by any stretch. The orders arrived, one was supposed to be toast with No Butter and it was smothered in butter. The pancakes were supposed to be plain, and they were smothered in powdered sugar. Please write down the specifics customers request. Then follow it. Very basic. The spinach-tomato-feta omelette and overeasy eggs were fresh and good, with very good home fries. The bacon consisted of limp fat-strips that gave the impression of being severely undercooked. It was like chewing them raw and those were left on the plate. But the Belgian Waffle and the Pancakes were the items causing a very first for us: a couple bites taken and the rest left on the dish. The waffle looked so dark it appeared and tasted burnt, but the batter taste itself was simply terrible. Not what one mouthwaters for when one orders a Belgian waffle. Ditto the pancakes. Thin and holey, they tasted more like flat corn muffins than pancakes. I would call them corncakes, actually, and since other aspects of our order were incorrect, I half-wondered if the pancakes were, too. The response to these full items still left on our plates, and the«Want a box?» Question being answered with a big negative with a crunched up face and a «They just didn’t hit us» was simply to remove the plates in silence. There was no, «Oh no! I’m so sorry! Did you want something else?» Nada. It was clearly a «tough luck, this is how they taste, now get out» feeling. So we could not wait to do just that. I understand there are paleo options here and that is terrific, but paleo was a separate menu, giving the impression that if you order from the traditional menu you will receive traditional waffles and pancakes. This was a supposed to be a treat, and it turned out to be a trick. In sum, know ahead that your sweet options may be not be the traditional golden buttermilk pancakes or waffles you are hoping for. Or stick with savory. But the attitude was distinctly sour, and I regretted bringing a guest here based on rave Unilocal reviews. The place itself is not cozy or homey but it is clean and uni-bathroom is clean. It receives stars for this and the savory. Otherwise, unfortunately, this was a rare, regrettable breakfast stop selected solely on positive Unilocal reviews. Was a minute close to walking out due to being ignored, and kinda wish I had. That would have been a negative enough experience to remember, but then the food and the ‘tude pushed this Disconnect Café into our hall of shame. In being as fair and honest as possible here, I would not return. :-(

This is a great spot tucked into a little strip mall. The eggs were delicious. The pancakes and French toast were delicious. The veggie omelet was a big hit too. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the home fries. It’s clean in here too. The service was friendly. Highly recommended.

It’s hard to find parking places here. But think about the price, the meal is worth to try

My go to diner! A hard thing to find… Basic, honest good breakfasts with all the options there should be. Dining in is great with servers taking care of business. Take out is easy and ready when I arrive. Unlike many other places, the food travels well and tastes great. The Fran is a great deal. The plate is packed with eggs and sweet potato hash. All the protein and healthy carbs I like to eat. Try to find that anywhere else around… Dig the Paleo(even though I just do regular gym not Crossfit).

Delicious local café with a Paleo menu and daily Paleo specials! Overall, the food is very good here, and the service has been great all three times we have been in. My only complaint on the food side is one of the paleo omelettes the first time we went in there… it was not great. Outside of that, everything has been killer. I got a steak and eggs that were perfect, and they really know how to cook to temperature. Great place, check it out!

Wish I could give more stars. Clean, with a very good menu. The problem was service. Friendly server couldn’t keep up with both tables and counter service. 20+ minutes to take our order and many to go orders taken before she came back to our table. The corned beef hash was excellent. Eggs cooked perfectly. Buttered toast delicious. Boring home fries that couldn’t even be saved with the(thank you) Sriracha that’s on the table. Not sure why everyone’s raving about the sweet potato hash. I love s.p. and it wasn’t good. It consisted of grated sweet potato, undercooked and unseasoned. The neighboring table had Belgian waffles with fantastic looking fresh fruit. The good food was great and the bad food wasn’t really bad. At least it was fresh. Bottom line, I would go back for sure and see if I can give a better rating. PS. The tap water was disgusting. Order bottled.

My friend and I are on a diner-quest and this is #2 on our adventure. Recommend by a friend, we stopped in today(Friday) a bit before 2 pm. The parking lot was full but the diner was not. There were probably only two other tables dining the entire time we were there. We were greeted immediately by our VERY friendly and helpful waiter. Our menus were delivered as soon as we were seated and our drink order(water) was taken. We chose this restaurant based on the Paleo options and our waiter was great in suggesting and explaining options. We opted to start with one of their many Paleo muffins, the POWER muffin which is made«with almond flour, coconut, eggs, banana, pumpkin, carrots, zucchini and lots of other yummy healthy ingredients» as described on their menu. My friend and I have just recently begun to follow the Paleo lifestyle, which was a good thing, because the muffin was good but would have been a shock to our pallets if we had not already experimented with other Paleo baked goods. My friend chose one of the specials of the day: grilled mahi-mahi with two sides: — the green salad(which is usually romaine but our waiter gladly substituted wild lettuce in place of the romaine) and roasted sweet potatoes. Me, the grilled turkey tips with the sweet potato hash and cauliflower rice with spinach. We shared the salad which was very generous and came before our lunch. Our lunch followed shortly and the turkey tips were VERY tender, cooked to perfection and flavorful. The sweet potato hash, though good, looked a lot like shredded carrots so my friend couldn’t get over the«look» in order to taste the sweet potato. The cauliflower rice was excellent. The mahi-mahi was not as tender as we would have preferred, perhaps a bit overcooked but flavorful. The roasted sweet potatoes were very good. Total for lunch(before tip): $ 27.50. Very generous portions, friendly, welcoming server. The only thing that prevented us from giving our experience 5 stars is the slightly over-done fish. The breakfast options looked appetizing and we would definitely put this on a list under«returning»!
