Very professional. Martin and his team did a wonderful job installing oak floor onto a 100 plus year pine floor. Clean, efficient, and reliable. Martin will make sure your floors look beautiful at the end of his job. I liked his service so much, I have him coming back to install bamboo floor onto my studio floor. Martin also is honest and fair. I would recommend him to install flooring for your renovation needs.

I had my entire condo rugs and mixed hardwood replaced by Vihn just recently.
He does an impeccable job. Very fast. Very hard working crew. The moved stuff from place to place. It was so much work.
He gave an excellent price for high quality work. Highly recommend Martins Floor Sanding.
My floors are uneven and old. There weren’t any neat 90 degree angles anywhere. He pulled this off with Vihn and vigor.

I had multiple holes and water damaged/​warped hardwood floor from an old radiator. Vinh matched the price of another flooring company and ripped up all of the damaged pieces of wood, making my living room look new. He finished all of this in a quick amount of time, and came back after the job was done to add endcaps to my stairs for the carpet installers to wrap onto, included in the original price. He also gave me advise as to how to complete my staircase wood trim project I was working on. Very personable, cleans up after himself, busy hardworker.
