The customer service there are horrible & rude. I would rather drive 20 mins to another Starbucks for better service than this crap.
Here’s a tip: if you don’t like your job then quit! Instead of putting it out on your customers.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My Wife and I get our coffee everyday at a Starbuck’s. Rude customer service, they actually complain to co-​workers while you stand and overhear what they are saying. It’s just not the Starbuck’s experience I know! I’ve made the mistake to go there twice. I suggest to never visit!
Never had an issue when I order a venti mocha ice coffee with cream at any Starbuck’s, if you ask they usually throw it in. The time the lady took to complain, she could of already put it in. Then as i walked out I could see her and her co-​worker looking at me apparently discussing the situation with a ignorant look on their face!

very friendly employees and the coffee’s always good. unfortunately they don’t redeem free drinks here (for rewards program members). i usually stop here when i’m at target and am never disappointed.

Asked for large size. They were out of cups. Ok but the pricing structure is ridiculous. 12oz $ 4.25. Double that size $ 5.25. That says $ 3.25 is just the admission price and 12oz of coffee is only worth $ 1.00. They gave me 50% the coffee I asked for and charged me 80% of the price.

Love my frappes and latte. Daytime, they make them perfect. If you come in around 7 or 8pm, the drinks aren’t as great. They’re getting ready to close so the frappes are a little watery.

This Starbucks is located in the Lowell Target. I imagine there are other Starbucks in Lowell but this one is the easiest to access off Route 3 and the Lowell Connector.
I don’t drink coffee so I usually order the Strawberry Smoothie. They make the smoothie with a whole banana so it can be surprisingly filling. The place is usually quiet except when it offers some interesting people watching. I swear the last few times I’ve visited a bunch of college kids are running a boiler room out of there.
Look, it’s a Target Starbucks, so there are clearly better places to go. But the service is always prompt and friendly so it is not a horrible place to study for a few hours.

This is the closest Starbucks on my way to work. It is in the Target store which makes it limited in their offerings. However, the lines are not long and the barristas are kind, friendly and get your drinks right.
The only wish I had was to offer the other breakfast items like other Starbucks but that would be hard if they’re located in a store and not on their own. Oh, well, I’d still go there since the number one reason I do is for their coffee!

Although Starbucks may be pricier than most coffee places, I must say no one makes a better green tea frappé/​latte than Starbucks! If i’m not ordering the green tea frappé/​latte I order the iced caramel machiatto (which is super sweet and super unhealthy, but whatever you live then you die.…) the caramel frappes are good too, but nothing compared to the green tea frappé and caramel macchiato :)
