This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Lowell. Coffee always has way to much cream it as I don’t think they calibrate their machine correctly. I once ordered a regular and got what looked like 5 creams/​5 sugars creation. Person behind the counter refused to make me a new one. I prefer the Dunks on Gorham Street in Lowell. Ironically its owned by the same franchisee. I don’t understand how the two locations could be so different in terms of how they are run.

Honest to God I don’t know how this place could possibly have any more than two stars. This has to be the worst DD location ever. For example today’s order:
Me: A Large Iced Apple Cider
Employee: Do you want cream and sugar?
Me: ummm… it’s a large iced apple cider…
Employee: Do you want hot or iced?
Me:??? Iced
My boyfriend: A large black coffee with sugar
Employee: How many creams?
My boyfriend: No it’s black
Seriously your job is not that hard. Come on… This was ridiculous and happens pretty much everytime I go here and I always go in so it’s not like they didn’t hear me over the speaker or something… Uhhhh and honestly fix the entrance, it’s never fun to enter a parking lot to hear your car scrape against the cement on the bottom because it’s so uneven.

dunkin donuts makes the best iced coffee in the world. and i work at a peet’s and get their coffee free. but i mail order my shit from dunkin’s. cause the world runs on dunkins. and i worked here when i was 15. and you could smoke at the counter. and there wasn’t any air conditioning. and the baker let me drink with him. rock on.
