Worst Experience ever had at a fast food place.
The orange hair lady working the drive through window messed up our order then argued with us that it was not incorrect. I was shocked since the customer knows what they want. She was talking a mile a minute and had horrible customer service. She had to been on drugs. Never go here! The place is dirty and the food tasted a day old.

I would not recommend this location, ever! They have one job really: make chicken, and it’s truly astonishing how much they fail at this job over and over again. While the workers are nice, I cannot rate them higher than one star due to their repeated failure as a food distributor.

I had 2 customer surveys from previous visit’s which give you a free go cup with the purchase of a drink. The idiot blond girl in the drive thru told me. That one coupon per person per day per visit. THERE ARE 2 PEOPLE IN THE CAR! She said it was one transction. I TOLD HER I WOULD DRIVE THRU TWICE. WTF? I know your don’t have to be einsteins offspring to work at his job, but this idiot has no brain cells to train. IS IT COMING OFF YOUR CHECK? Look. I participated in a survey. The survey said I would be compensated for my trouble. Where was this rule about one per day? Idiots need to use common sense. PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. IF A BUSINESS OFFERS A FREE-​BIE, DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE LIKE ITS COMING OUT OF YOUR POCKET. yOU WOULDN’T HAVE A JOB IF IT WASN’T FOR THE CUSTOMER. SO DROP THE POWER PLAY.

I’ve been coming here for years, but will never return! I ordered the large family meal so that way my husband would have leftovers for work. We live about 25 minutes from kfc so when we got home and discovered they forgot 1 order of mashed potatoes I looked for receipt to call them to let them know that they forgot and we were too far to go back. I spoke to the manager Salvador whom was very sorry and insisted that next time we came that we would get mashed potatoes AND chicken too for the inconvenience. I was extremely happy and felt good after getting off the phone with him. Also I did mention that we did not get a receipt, he said no problem and took my name down. We went yesterday, about 1 to 1 &½ months later and went in and spoke to Salvador in person. Long story short he made me and my family look like a fool!!! He went in the back to check for my name, after a long wait and said he didn’t have any record of who I was and kept asking for the receipt!!! I eventually said never mind we are going to leave because you are making me feel as if I’m coming in to look for free food. So embarrassing and annoying! If you go here check your order 2 twice and make sure you get a receipt.

New, clean KFC. Chicken was fresh, crispy and juicy. Ladies at the service counter were very nice.

Nice and clean, appears to be new. The good was good. Would’ve gotten 5 stars but they ran out of mashed potatoes.

You get what you pay for.
