Since there is not zero stars, I had to go with one. The one star is for the service, since I didn’t actually get the chance to eat or drink anything. I went here for lunch while visiting my sister. I really wanted to like this place, and she said that she had heard good things about the food. We walked in, the restaurant was not busy. Hostess/​waitress seated us and 20 minutes later… still waiting for someone to take our drink order. We couldn’t even get anyone’s attention, very disappointed. So, we just left.

Place leaves something to be desired. Service is lack luster and food is bland. Server kept forgetting to get us lemons or sauce. Drinks were good, about the only good thing about this place. Atmosphere is odd too.

This is a great place for dinner close to the Acreage. Excellent menu with plenty of options, there are always drink specials and plenty of TV’s to watch whatever might be on. Everything I have ever had was delicious and the portions are plenty big. Great for a date night or meeting up with friends.

My husband and I met here for lunch Friday 4⁄18. We sat at the bar and had lunch. Fast, friendly service as we choose 2 items from the section in their menu $ 6.50 lunches. I had the cheese burger. It was perfectly done and chargrilled just the was I like it. It also came with a side and I had picked the rice and bean and they were delicious as well. My husband ordered the blk chicken pasta. He loved it and it was just right for a lunch portion. We will be back more often.

Went last and had a great time this neighborhood bar and restaurant has great mood food such as conch fritters, coconut shrimp and flat bread pizza and meatloaf Reasonably priced bar drinks. Well managed, fun place with different events and specials every night. Would recommend as a place to stop for food and drinks

We have heard about this restaurant for years, but usually skipped it since we usually travel East. Gave it a try and was not disappointed. I had the pasta with chicken, shrimp, and sausage and it was delicious. Not sure why they did not call it Jambalaya. My wife had a chicken fajita which was Also very good. The negative was a noisy crowd that reflected the acreage neighborhood. They also don’t take American Express. Atmosphere was decent and service was good. Bathrooms were clean.

Kokomo’s is one of the only places where I live where you can go for a sit down dinner. My bf and I usually go on Wednesday night when they have the 2 for 1 dinner specials.
Food is fine, nothing spectacular. Bar crowd can get a bit noisy at times as the restaurant is also the only bar in the area.
Staff is friendly. Service is fine. My bf loves their coconut shrimp with pineapple slaw and hush puppies. I’ve tried their salads, tacos and pastas — all good.

My experience from the beginning was challenged at best. To be polite our waitress wasn’t very bright. My wife received 2 for 1 happy hour because she ordered before 7. My order was just after 7 so I didn’t get 2 for 1…
Very mediocre food. My burrito came out cold and fairly bland.
I’ll stay away.
