I do not complain often but I had to call the manager and get my money back on one order because the food was that horrible. I gave them 2 stars simply because the calzone was decent, you can’t mess up cheese-filled dough. But the pizza dipping sauce it came with tasted metallic from a can and void of any other flavor. And the worst dish I’ve ever had came from this establishment, my 7 year old could make a better pasta dish. First of all there was no Marsala or sauce at all. The chicken was diced, over-cooked, and tough with no seasoning whatsoever. It was literally boiled spaghetti noodles, oil, and mushrooms. They had the nerve to call it chicken Marsala and sell it for $ 13, despicable. The manager informed me they are changing management and it will soon be a pizza place instead. Due to her helpful attitude I will give their new place a shot when they reopen.

Service is horrible here. Their pizza is good and they know it so they don’t even worry about people liking them for anything else. Get the pizza to go. Their salads are expensive and don’t even have chicken or anything in them. What a waste of time and money. Go to pizza barn or kocomos.

Ordered pizza from here tonight and it’s the best in our area! The service was great and both the person taking our order and making our delivery were pleasant. The pizza, one cheese and one with pepperoni and meatball, were DELICIOUS! This will definitely be our go to place from now own.

Not a good first impression! The pasta that we ordered was awful. It tasted like it had been soaking in a pot all day and the sauce was super watery from the pasta not being drained. The kids said they liked the pizza which is why I’m giving them two stars instead of one. I would never go back.

Ugh! What a complete waste of money!!! I should have listened to the reviews! Poor quality food that tastes bland &/or awful! I ordered a pizza like a month ago and it was bland and boring and not too mention overpriced. Overall it was like someone who has never made a pizza ever made it. Just the crusts texture, wasn’t crunchy and soft and nonexistence flavor. Barely there cheese on the pizza. The pizza sauce wasn’t bad. LOL. This time I ordered again for take out thinking maybe just their pizza was crappy and ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and Greek salad with chicken. There was no one in the restaurant when I picked up the order Saturday at dinner time. That should have been a sign. Chicken was bland, chewy/rubbery with rubbery rib meat pieces. It was like chicken boiled in salt water. Publix is next door. I can’t help but to wonder if they bought pasta, jar of generic Alfredo sauce and pre-cooked chicken pieces in a bag & put it together and charged $ 15 for it. Actually, that would taste a lot better. So, never mind that theory. The«salad» was missing green peppers and red onion. It had large pieces of a «salad mix» lettuce with 3 slices of tomato, 3 slices of cucumber, nasty chewy bland chicken that tastes boiled with salt and a handful of feta cheese. The dressing was too sweet and just cheap tasting. I had to chop the salad up since they threw it together. Literately! They forgot about it when I came to pick up my order. Just like I had to cut the long noodles and large chicken chunks(like 4 – 6 pieces) in the Alfredo pasta. I tried doctoring it up at home, but that’s pretty difficult when the ingredients are poor quality. Mainly the chicken. $ 30 for the pasta dish and salad!!! When more than half of it went in the trash! PLEASEPLEASE know you’ve been warned. Don’t do what I did and take the chance UNLESS it’s the end of the world and there’s no where else to eat. Or you like to over pay for bland cheap food with missing or barely there ingredients. OR, you have a condition where you never go #2 and need to visit the toilet for the night. If so, then this is the place for you!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the Caesars salad dressing. It deserves 5. It is by far the best I’ve ever had. And it’s homemade. Very impressive. Ordered spaghetti with meatballs, as well. And it was barely edible. There’s an overpowering flavor I can’t put my finger on, is it oregano, basil? Both? Whatever it is, it is wayyyyy too much. And ruined the sauce. Made what could have been a very good dish, very, very bad. My sis had penne ala vodka. Another disaster. Bland, over cooked penne, and just flavorless. I will go back for the Caesars salad, but that’s all I would eat there, from now on,

This place should be embarrassed with both the service and their quality of food. The staff are blatantly rude, every order has something wrong and management seems to care less. They are truly only in business as a result of the minimal options in the area. Don’t waste your money!

I used to order Pascalli’s 3 or 4 times a year and was always happy with it. I decided to bring my boyfriend so he could try it out and it was TERRIBLE. The Italian Wedding Soup was so salty it had to be sent back. There is no way the cook tried the soup before serving it. It was the most heavily salted item I ever tasted on a menu in any country I have been in. The Chicken Picatta was completely coated/swimming in butter and had no lemon flavor whatsoever. When I say swimming, I mean the entire bottom of the bowl was covered in butter a quarter inch deep. The Chicken Napolitano was cooked very well(chicken/eggplant) but the red sauce had so much oregano it was inedible. The pasta for both orders was not fresh and had been reheated. I can say that the service was very good and always has been. Our waitress made an attempt to fix our meal but we basically left and went to Panera bread instead. Note: I asked if they hired a new cook in the past few months and the waitress aid they had. If that is the case, I cannot imagine why this person is still working.

I got takeouts for lunch for a friend of mine and I the other day. We settled for calzones and they were freaking enormous with gooey cheesy craziness. I brought half of it back home with me to eat for lunch the next day. You can never go wrong with Italian food. Yum!
