After I saw several reviews popping up about this complex and they all look like someone paid for them, I will tell you what I know about this place. I lived there for quite some time, and you might have seen that I posted some pictures here about this place, so now let me tell you the truth about this place. The complex is actually two complexes that got bought by the same person, the north part has less problems as the management is there and it is the show off for new tenants, the south part has all the problems. Almost every winter they have water leaks or a broken boiler and they turn off the hot water in for up to two weeks. The newest manager asked to have you DL in order to give you a key to a different apartment that has hot water, if you don’t want to give your key, they ask you to sign a paper that states you have to pay $ 600 if you don’t give the key back in 90 minutes. I could have sued them for this kind of blackmailing, but I am a nice person. I am actually only telling you about this place because of these new fake reviews. Noise: In the fall PD was called at least 4 days out of the week as some people partied all night long. Several fights had to be broken up by PD and you sometimes had at least 6PD cars, to fire trucks one or two EMS trucks on the lot at 4 in the morning because they were still searching for some of the guys that were involved in the fights. The management was told what apartment the problem was and nothing happened. All initiatives to have more PD presents there overnight came from tenants that knew police officers. Look at the picture about the pool if you want to know more about the pool. I would never ever tell anybody to get into this place. I told people to stay away. When Mrs Koenig was working there in 2007 this was a great place, but all the good staff left when BH Management started cutting cost. Just stay away from there, and trust Unilocalers that have a couple of reviews more than someone that just comes for one review that looks like advertisement. I have to add this statement. I posted pictures about the disgusting green pool they had several years in a row, but Unilocal removed these pictures.

So overall experience with the complex has been positive, however the past few months have been a frustrating experience. The hot water in the second phase of the complex has failed numerous times being out for days and even weeks at a time. The complex doesn’t appear to have done much to solve the problem of the hot water continently going out other than just having it fixed each and every time but never a permeant solution. It’s now a rare month when the hot water doesn’t go out at least for a weekend. The first year of leasing wasn’t bad, minor issues mainly like paying online incurs a $ 15.99 fee every month and most maintenance work is slow to get done if ever(which seems typical of most apartment complexes in this price range).
