The staff were friendly. I don’t understand why four employees were eating breakfast with four bays empty, though. It shouldn’t take an hour to have tires rotated. The waiting area had dirt and small pieces of trash on the floor, and it was only 9am. This leads me to believe that either the people closing, the people opening, or both don’t care too much about the cleanliness of the store. To be honest, I have come to expect more from stores who service my vehicles. I may skip this location and go to the other one further away from my house next time.
