Food is good but customer service is AWFUL. We always order and have it delivered but this time we went inside to dine and they ignore you at the counter they walk by answer phone calls and your like hello I’m standing here!!! Even when you say excuse me can you take my order and they say hold on! Nope never will we be back a family of 6 and you lost my business it may not affect you now but keep up the awful service and you will continue to lose customers.

Ordered delivery. Was told it would be 45 minutes. It was delivered in just over 30 minutes and piping hot! Food was great and very reasonably priced!

Probably the best Chinese food in this town. You will have some difficulty (at-​first) placing your phone order; English classes were not taken by these folks. This is how you know the food is the «real deal». They will cook any custom order you have. We recommend this place.

Bocce balls, this place is effin amazing! I read the reviews and was going to give it a try, and when my coworker said it was his favorite place, that sealed it. I ordered the moo goo gai pan, as that is the first dish I try in any new Chinese place. It was so good, hot and fresh. The fried rice was not greasy at all, and had peas, carrots and egg. I was impressed with the 2 spring rolls served. For $ 6.44, it was definitely a lovely meal. Will be back for sure! I’m not sure why people think the customer service is terrible, they were very nice

Really, really good! Best takeout in town for sure! Cheese wontons are a must. General Tsos chicken was amazing, sesame chicken was really good, kids absolutely loved the sweet-​and-​sour chicken. Thumbs up across the board!

The food is good, but the service isn’t so great. Several times my coworkers and I have called for delivery. Our lunch is at 12 so we try to call at 11 when they say they’re open. They don’t answer the phone. This week we finally got someone to answer at 11:15. They took the order and payment and said 45 minutes. Perfect. At 12:15, no food. So we call and they say you said 4. Sorry, no food. End of story. We teach school, so we didn’t have time to leave and pick anything else up. It left us in a bind.

Nice place to get take out. The food is good and the portions are very generous. Never used their delivery so I can’t comment on that. Everything I have ever ordered there was good.

Since this place put a flyer on my apartment door, I’ve ordered from here twice and picked up my food. I have eaten the cashew chicken twice and my boyfriend had some shrimp dish.
My favorite part of this place has to be the portions. My to-​go box is FULL each time I order, and my meal comes with cashew chicken (enough to last me two meals), fried rice, and about 8 spring rolls for $ 7. The spring rolls are small but by golly do they give you tons.

My favorite place for Chinese food so far since moving to Lubbock. The combo deals are pretty good with fried rice and spring rolls. Both of those items are pretty good. I got the General Tso’s chicken and everything there was pretty good.

I love to get food for carry out from here. The wait time is usually really long because they are so busy, so order a little earlier then you normally would. It is worth the wait, you get good size portions for a reasonable price.
I am giving them 4 stars because they deliver, but their delivery distance doesn’t go far enough.

Loved loved loved their fried dumplings! Hated their fried rice! Delivery was REALLY slow! Took over an hour and they charge a delivery fee of $ 5! But it’s pretty cheap food for lunch!

We ordered delivery from here and it was pretty mediocre. I got the kung pao shrimp which was absolutely covered in celery, which I hate. The hot and sour soup tasted like pure oil. My boyfriend got sesame shrimp, which was okay, but it tasted like sweet and sour shrimp to me. The eggrolls were not great. Overall, not a fan.
