Best box in Lubbock! Beyond a shadow of a doubt. The amount of time between mere acquaintances and them becoming family was non-​existent. It was my first day one day and the next they were who I looked to in any time of need. Everyone at Compass is so genuine and the community here cannot be beat. The WODs are always explained in full detail and even when you think you know what you’re doing, they will always make sure your form is up to par and you’re doing things correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. I love Compass, the WODs, the atmosphere, but most of all, the people!
