Love the products and arrangements. I now there is new ownership and thing will take time to turn around. But this the second time I have had to deal with customer service that was some what not welcomed. Other than that product is great.

There is a brand new businness owner, and she is trying to turn things around for this store. If you’ve had a bad experience, give them a call and get a code for free delivery on your next order, or pick up a 6 ct box of strawberries just because. They are now open 7 days a week and there is always a fruit expert on hand to help you with your choices. Let them help you to «WOW» your loved one with a unique gift.

I ordered and paid for 3 dozen choc strawberries to be picked up on Valentines Day. I arrived 30 min after the scheduled time to find chaos at the store. I witnessed them refunding a number of people. While waiting I saw only 1 arrangement actually leave the store. Everyone else’s order was not ready. One lady had been there 1.5 hours and her order was suppose to be ready at 9:30 that morning.
Of course, my order was not ready and they didn’t have any strawberries. They seemed to think refunding my $ 94 was going over and beyond. Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again and don’t suggest you do on a busy holiday. Order Harry and David they deliver a quality product timely.

I just ordered a funeral arrangement for a family in Lubbock. Thought it would be better than flowers. So I learned they have new owners and they really took excellent care of me especially when I really had no idea what I needed. The family was very impressed, said the arrangement was fresh and was perfect. The delivery was right on time. I would think the new owners are very committed to make it right. Highly recommend giving them a try. I was very surprised and happy with their customer service and their product. Nice change!

This store doesn’t keep regular hours. I was told by an employee that they make their own work schedule because the store is so slow. The official website (for the chain) says this location is open on Sundays. However, they are not open those days.
If you want to purchase something there, I would call ahead of time to make sure someone is there.
