Always on top of things, manager goes above and beyond for great customer satisfaction. I’ve had my trucks inspected here the last 3 – 4 years and have never had to wait long, l let them do all my oil change maintenance, always a commendable job! Highly recommend!

When I lived in Lubbock for 4 years I always took my cars and parents cars to get oil changes. I never had any problems and they always made sure our cars were well taken care of. I trusted these guys more then I trusted the dealership. I wish I still lived in Lubbock just so I can get my car serviced by Lube Pro. Move to Arizona! Thanks again guys. When I come to visit I’ll make sure I get my oil changed in my car.

Oil Changes and Inspections don’t get better than this in Lubbock! I have been using Lube Pro since 2007! I have NEVER had a problem with my vehicle, they take care of my truck like it is their own. I have always received the best service, customer service and quality products. Now, I have a teen driver with her own truck and she has been inducted into the Lube Pro family just last week! Take your vehicles there, you wont regret it! The inspection side is just the same customer service and quality! I’m a totally dedicated customer and they know me by name :) Love the personal touch! GO NOW, GO TODAY! Its the best decision you can make for your vehicle!

I went there in June for an oil change advertised around $ 32 all inclusive, I called before I went there and inquired about the offer and provided my car make, etc. After the oil change I was charged $ 46. I asked why and they said they changed a filter which was supposed to be included in the offer and also the engine was bigger than they thought and ended up using more oil.
They were also not able to put the glove box back together after they checked the filter behind it.

Was headed out of town today and needed a quick inspection. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the lady working was personable and knowledgable. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This place was very informative and friendly. I would choose this place over any other. Fast and efficient. Also found out that I had a crack in one of my belts and changed it for me as well at a reasonable rate. Great place to get your car inspected as well. If you ever need a mechanic they will also guide you to a great one.

I have tried to use them but they didn’t have the equipment to change my oil. I have a Toyota, older model. I do have to say they diligently tried to get my filter off but it wouldn’t budge. The service techs were very apologetic, courteous, professional, and efficient in their duties.
I still go there for my car inspections.

After using Bolton’s for years I was referred to Lube Pro. I went to this location and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service as well as the speed the employees were moving. It really seemed like they cared about my car. Not to mention the wait time was at-​least half of what Bolton’s was. Jerrod was especially friendly and made sure everything was perfect before I left. Overall short wait, friendly staff, great service!

Next door was a Boltons and that place had 3 long lines while this shop only had a few. Short line, didn’t have to get out of the car, checked all the fluids, changed my tire pressure and changed my oil in a matter of 15 minutes. The prices are very reasonable too~ I will bring my car there every time I need to get my oil changed or anything else.

Had a groupon for a cheap oil change at this place, and when I got there I found they were very fast and efficient, and also super friendly. I’ll definitely go back!
