I highly recommend, the service was great! They do a great job in a timely manner, and don’t overcharge! Jayce worked on my computer and kept up with it the whole time. Which was nice because he knew my computer well and what was going on with it. I have an MacBook Pro and it is working great now!

Highly recommend! I cracked my iPhone screen on the weekend. Really disappointed in Apple right now but Brandon was professional, quick and provided great service; on SUNDAY. It wasn’t cheap, but as they say, «Good, fast or cheap — choose two». I hope I never need them again but if something happens to my phone, I won’t go anywhere else.

I have had my phone repaired by the guys at Expertech multiple times. I even purchased a couple phones from them. Not once has the quality of the product or the service let me down, no matter who I’ve dealt with. These guys are the best at what they do and Expertech is the only place to go when it comes to your phone and computer needs.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! They are located across from campus, so they charge ridiculous prices and have horrible customer service. They had my computer for 3 days and couldn’t fix it and then tried to charge me for looking at it. I brought my phone in with a cracked screen and they wanted $ 90 to replace it! Every other place in Lubbock charges $ 70. Stay away! I feel like they try to take advantage of Tech students and over charge for everything. Just a poorly run business all around.
