iOrchard has always been excellent whenever I’ve needed an Apple product repaired. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. iOrchard has always been my go-to for our family MacBooks, but I didn’t know until recently that they started doing iPhone repairs as well. They recently(within the past year) relocated from their office on Q, and they’re still getting the finishing touches put on their new location, so it’s a bit disorganized and unfinished, but I’m sure it will improve quickly. It’s also a bit difficult to get a hold of them on the phone, so make sure to just stop by.

The worst service ever you will get. Not only the manager but also the technicians really need to learn the way they should talk. My friend’s i phone 6 was little bit bent and that called for replacement. When we called Apple customer care they suggested any authorized dealership can replace the phone. Because iorchard was near to our apartment we opted for it. Guess what!! we ended up with bunch of scoundrels. At first they asked 399 $ + taxes for the replacement(officially it is 299 $ + taxes). Secondly there was no trace of any paper work that was documented. Thirdly the technician didn’t open the box in front of us but he was smart enough to open the transparent wrapper of the phone. The new phone had crazy number of scratches and for sure it looked like a used one. We didn’t accept the replacement phone and now he is taking for ever to send it back to the Apple. I will never ever get into the shop. EEW!!! FEELLIKEPUKINGATIT.

My macbook started making funny noises in the beginning of school, and thats no good for a senior engineering student. Took it in to the new location, and told the technician what was wrong, he went into the back to check out the inside. He came out and told me that dirt had accumulated on the fan, and that is why there was sound coming from the macbook. He didn’t even charge me, when he easily could have. Such honesty and integrity makes me a repeat customer whenever anything goes wrong, Thanks guys!

Called and scheduled an in-home repair. Wife took off work to be there. No show. Didn’t call either of our numbers. Didn’t answer when I called the store to find out what was going on. Haven’t heard from them since.

Great customer service here. Took a Mac Pro to get an OS on the hard drive I installed and I was very satisfied with the price and the people I was dealing with.

Living in a rural area often means no Apple Store when you need one. Enter iOrchard. This authorized Apple reseller and service shop came through for me when I needed a screen replacement for my 2011 iMac 27″. Brent, the shop’s owner, was personable and patient, let me know how the repair would go down, and how long it would take. I just plugged my newly repaired iMac in and upon seeing a flawless screen, thought I’d take a moment to post a well-deserved 5-star review of iOrchard. The shop is clean and welcoming, with lots of products out on display to try. They also sell Drobo RAID units, something I’ve been wanting to get my hands on. When I’m in the market, I will not order online. Instead, I’ll drive 90 miles out of my way to visit iOrchard, a charming local business with a cool name and fantastic service.

I will never take my Mac book anywhere else. I took it in because my hard drive crashed and my computer was stuck on a gray screen when it was powered on. They performed a diagnostic test as soon as I got there and confirmed that my hard drive was the problem. I left it with them at around noon and they had finished the job by 4 that afternoon. Great service, definitely the best apple service in West Texas. It might be more a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. It was a great overall experience.
