I found the store to be cluttered And messy and understaffed. It appeared that they had 1 cashier and 1 fabric person. Not busy at all on a Sunday evening so thank goodness. Not the amount of item selection I’m accustomed to only 1 art bin satchel color and 3 In stock usually they have 5 colors and several of each. I only went because I was in town on business but won’t go To this one again.

I went to Jo-Anns yesterday looking for tulle and was very, very disappointed with the service. I asked an employee, by the name of Casey, if she could help me find a certain kind of fabric. From the very start the look on her face showed she didn’t want to help me and responded by saying, «Well I’m not going to find it for you.» I was simply asking if she could point me in the right direction. They ended up not even having the royal blue tulle I was looking for so I left. I would recommend not going to this Jo-Anns.

They have a pretty good selection; not as broad fabric selection for clothing/suiting(half the store is for quilt materials) – but I found what I was looking for. The front of the store has their seasonals and I have found some good materials for a dress and skirt I plan to make this week. It seems smaller than most JoAnns but seems to have everything I am looking for.
