The absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to. When I was younger I had a bad experience at a dentist and have always been really anxious when I have to go, even for just a cleaning. After waking up one morning with excruciating pain, I called the office and Lisa answered the phone and immediately made me an appointment even though I was a new patient and out of network. I was able to come in that day on my schedule. When I got to the office everybody was extremely nice and friendly, which put my nerves at ease. Rachael got everything ready and talked to me like I was a friend. She was AMAZING. I saw Dr. Smyda and she carefully explained everything with me and made sure I understood and was aware of what was to come. Even though I got the worst news I’ve ever had at a dentist, I felt more at ease in this office than I ever had. I’ll refer anybody and everybody to go see this team! They’re awesome!

I had a crown done a few years back. There were difficulties during the prep which resulted in needing a root canal, and subsequently retreatment. She blamed the difficulty on my «unusual» anatomy. When in a lot of pain after the crown done, she did not have time to talk to me on the phone. She just had the receptionist pass on the endo referral. Not cool.

I have been seeing Dr. Nichols for a while now — somehow she and her staff seem to get friendlier and friendlier with every visit. I appreciate that they never seem to be bothered by my questions and love the time that they spend to explain a procedure.
It’s a little weird I know, butt one of my favorite things here is the amount of technology that they use to monitor and track the patients. Right by the dental chair, you can view a computer screen that shows your teeth, x-​rays, stats, measurements, notes, and your horoscope (probably not but you get the idea). Seeing the health of your teeth so clearly would help to comfort even the most nervous patient.

Dr. Nichols and her staff are so caring and friendly! The office is VERY clean and up to date. They treat you like family and it’s not uncommon for Dr. Nichols to call and check on you after a procedure! Love it here!
