Nts Communications

Ill start by saying that the Internet that I had installed from NTS is awesome and incredibly fast. Very well priced and in all a great product from them. What makes them less than perfect is that it took me nearly 3 weeks of arguing with them on the phone that they service my neighborhood. They kept telling me no, saying that there computer system says they don’t service my area. My neighbor was receiving service from them so little did they know. They were supposed to call me back 3 times and failed to do so. For a communications company this is sad! They don’t even know where they service. Luckily they were my last option for internet so they were able to keep my business. If I had another option at the time I would have looked for alternatives.
