R P’s Heavy Duty Towing

So listen… Nobody really loves a towing company. I totally deserved to be towed so my philosophy is that I’m not going to take it out on the people who are just doing their job and be grouchy Mcgroucherson.
When I called the number to report that my truck had been towed they were extremely kind. I called back a minute later to make sure that having a picture of my insurance would be sufficient and they said that was fine.
I had to call an Über to get to the business. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised that they have a cat that lives in the building! She was really sweet and let me pet her which totally made the fact that my truck got towed a million times better. There is a receptionist with whom I spoke was really kind and we ended up laughing and getting along really well. I appreciated that they just let me laugh about it and laughed about it with me. It made it way easier to accept the $ 267 fee.
