Not a great place — indian owned/​managed, after 12 hours on the road you walk into the reception only to find out that you have to pay $ 20 deposit, now me paying with card all the time I have to drive to a ATM, draw money and get checked in. Room just under average and please don’t waste your time with breakfast — some bread with a broken toaster and a jammed coffee machine. Customer service is non existent oh and when you check out you have to wait for them to go check the room to see if anything is missing. Another headache in delay

Don’t stay here! I don’t know how I had missed the reviews about this place when I booked but I learned my lesson. They charged $ 85 for the room and another $ 15 for the dog and it’s definitely not worth the money. The bed was ok but
Cons:
— Smells like stale smoke everywhere – especially when the bathroom fan is on. I asked if our room was non-​smoking and the guy said yes but the room next door isn’t.
— The carpets are stained – worried about what my dog may pick up from laying on the floor
— AC has one fan speed and temp.
— Bathroom walls have issues – mold or? (See picture)
— I had registered my dog when making the reservation online and received confirmation. They didn’t have it and the manager spoke to me like I was trying to sneak him in.

This place actually deserves a 0 not a 1. We checked in late around 2:00 a.m. and the night clerk was unhappy that I was bothering him. He said that he would have to keep my credit card, license and social security card until I checked out, which was a load of x!@#$ and he eventually gave them back to me. I was scheduled to stay for two nights and the manager the next day demanded that I pay with cash. I had to go down to the front desk 4 times as they kept locking us out of our room.
The rooms were dirty & smelled poorly… the bathroom was missing fixtures and had a hole in the wall with a wash rag stuffed in the hole. The water pressure was non existent making it nearly impossible to shower.
This is a terrible place and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Never again this was the worse experience of our lives. A family of 6 awoken by getting bit by bugs! The room was crawling with bugs and bugs crawling on the wall. Not sure if there were bed bugs, but the beds were very itchy. The manager did nothing for us except said call priceline. Priceline said if they refunded us they would then turn around and refund us. Lubbock was sold out of rooms to top it off! They were not sorry at all! 1 am we were looking to move our 4 kids all asleep to a hotel.
