Gross store. No one greeted me… no one talked to me the entire time I was here. The store was in shambles. Unfinished projects littered the isles. I worked for Staples many years ago and loved the company. This is not their standard. I hope it’s an off day but this looks like a long term issue.

Honestly, you’re only here because you can’t wait for whatever office material you need to be shipped in. The prices are not that great, but it’s certainly not the fault of the workers, who are all pretty friendly.

I was kind of annoyed at this location, because although it is clean and the workers are usually friendly, they have made mistakes every time I visited. One item I bought rang up for $ 3 more than advertised, and I had to wait in line, then got to another counter to get my refund. They also have a Staples Rewards Card, and the girl at the counter said that when you sign up, you can get $ 2 off when you bring in an empty ink cartridge and buy a new one. So I needed ink, brought in a cartridge, and it rang up full price. Despite what the girl said AND the fact that the store price tags show that you get«-$ 2.00» with ink cartridge, you DON’T. You get a $ 2 credit at the end of the month. I hate that because you don’t save anything if you don’t need ink regularly, which I don’t. I feel it was misleading and the price wasn’t even that great on the ink either. I know these are small things, but overall they add up to a big annoyance.
