So I drove over an hour to go to the midland TRU to go get a buggy for my LO’s first birthday. Their store was not only a hot mess but very poorly stocked. I ended up getting the step 2 whisper buggy which I highly advise against buying as it has a defective steering wheel. Not wanting to experience Midland again, I brought the item to return to the lubbock TRU because of previous positive experiences. Total 180 on the experience! They Had exactly what I was looking for, the Little Tikes cozy truck, and the associates where nice enough to grab it off the shelf up top and bring it out to my car! Way to go TRU Lubbock! You saved my baby’s first bday!

Came here to buy a gift for a friend who created a baby registry on the Babies«R» Us side. Neither of the two girls at the registry desk had any idea what was going on. I waited 15 – 20 minutes to get a printout of the registry and there was only one other customer before me. All the items on the registry have aisle numbers to «help» you find them. NOTHING was where the printout said it was. An employee finally noticed how lost I was and offered help. She was able to find the items I was looking in seconds, but admitted that the registry printouts are never correct. This seems like a huge missed opportunity for Toys«R» Us! Help me spend money in your store!!! Shopping through a registry is way too difficult.

Shopping here was a fiasco. The employees were unhelpful, and the product that we’d ordered(ANDPAIDFOR) went missing… even though they had an entire month to get it before the Holidays. What a disappointment. I’d suggest shopping at Target OR we found the exact same item at …with Prime 2-day shipping. Toys R Us loses!

I remember Toys-R-US being a grand place when I was a kid. I had to run to the store to pickup a birthday gift and realized that I must have been a dumb kid. This place smelled a little like stale kiddos and febreeze. The staffers were somewhat helpful but could care less about what I was doing. Not that it’s a bad thing, but they all had the attitude that they were only working there to score cheap toys for there 14 kids. I eventually found what I was looking for, but I wish I had gone to Target or 7 – 11 to find a toy.
