The Mud Room

The Mud Room is such an awesome place with the most wonderful staff. I have taken my family and friends numerous times and have always had a great time. The staff go out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere is positive, fun, and uplifting. This is a great place for parties, girls night out, or time with your family.

I wish that we could give negative stars for The Mud Room. My wife had such a horrible experience trying to schedule a birthday party for our 3 year old daughter. When we first spoke to Lana on the phone, she seemed more than happy to try accommodate our party despite having a larger group coming in before us. But when we went to pay the deposit, it was like we were dealing with Mrs. Hyde instead Dr. Jekyll. She told us that they were not going to be able to please my wife. Lana was so mean & rude to my wife that she actually broke down into tears right there in the store in front of customers. Even after seeing that my wife was distraught over the circumstances, she told her that she should just cancel the party & take her business elsewhere. My wife was taken aback by the woman’s behavior due to the Philipians 4:13 pin on her apron. I believe that Cerberus is real, & has forsaken his post at the gates of Hades to work at The Mud Room. We will never return, & will diligently discourage any of our friends or aquaintances from doing business with this bi-​polar woman. Enter at your own risk!!!

Very cool place to paint your own pottery. The prices are reasonable, and there is no paint fee.
Couple of things the place could change, larger area with more room between chairs would be nice as would a wider variety in paint.
