It’s, clean. A few staff members are good, but overall, the Plaza is either understaffed, the staff is unconcerned, or just down right incompetent. Examples: more than once, no bath/shower could be given because they ran out of towels. They have also run out of pain mess. Recently they didn’t come take our loved one’s lunch menu, when someone came to pick up the nonexistent tray 1 ½ hours later, there was no food left to give. Fortunately one nurse volunteered to go out and get her some food(one of the few good ones.) How do things like this happen in a professional business? And continue to happen?

If you, or a loved one, are in need of the services that are offered at The Plaza then you most likely in a difficult position. My experience here is that the staff understands that and tries to help as much as possible. I can admit I don’t know the technical differences between a nursing home and rehabilitation facility, but I have had family members twice go to The Plaza for care. It is not something I want to experience for myself, but I appreciate the huge task that they tackle everyday. The facility also always seems clean and well maintained.
