3 years of leasing from them and I would give a negative star, if I could. Having running water seems to be a perk they don’t have to provide. It has been unbelievable how many texts from the Overton have come over the past few years, telling me the water will be turned off for an indefinite about of time. Always days!

The suites is a very nice place to live. The location is great and the staff is super nice and try to get to know each resident which is awesome! I have lived at other apts in lubbock and so far the suites has been the best, quietest and accommodating.
