Very comfortable! Very friendly! Thank you for allowing us to have our dogs. What a nice little getaway and so close to Ludington State Park.
And attached ice cream place!

Cheaply built property. Noise from one unit travels to the next unit. Door locks are cheap. A bar was not provided to block the sliding door.
Unit mostly clean but a large stain on the bedroom carpet.
The heating unit in the sitting room/​kitchen did not blow any warm air. The heating unit in the bedroom worked fine.
The free wifi has the second slowest speed of any hotel I stayed in the last two weeks.

It works but you have to be patient.
The price was low and I was not surprised at the poor offering.
Next time I am in Ludington, I will stay in one of the newer hotels on the east side of town.

I travel for business a lot and I stay at chain hotels, so when our vacation offered the chance to stay at a family operated motel, I looked at the pictures, read the reviews, and booked at Nader’s. I booked over the phone and spoke with Kelly, she was very friendly and helpful in describing the room choices to me. I was glad they are a dog friendly business. We had a great time and have no complaints, the bathroom fixtures seemed like an older style, but I was amazed at what great condition they are in. They are close to all that Ludington has to offer and we found some nice beginner mountain bike trails for the kids at the Ludington School Forest. We will be back.

Stopped here late one night for a room. The rates were reasonable. Room was nice and clean, though the place is a bit old. Only real complaint was the fixtures in the bathroom could have been a little more up-​to-​date. The owner was as friendly as could be, and a real pleasure to work with.
Only other complaint was that local food delivery was weak, but it was 10pm-​ish on a Sunday night, so I guess finding anything still open would be a success. This was in no way the fault of the motel, of course.
