Summer’s Inn

Wonderful ambiance, very nice updated and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast including homemade breads, fresh fruit, and delicious omelets. Multiple outdoor spaces that were very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Love this place! We stayed for 3 nights at this calm, peaceful ‘abode on the road’. This place is an oasis of serenity and quiet. The rooms are zen-​like in décor and have everything we needed. It’s a 10 and 20 min. walk to downtown and Lake Michigan. The homemade breakfasts are delicious and the staff are kind and helpful. We will be back on our next trip to Ludington.

We stayed the weekend and LOVED Summers Inn. Staff and owners were very friendly, great B&B feel.

My wife and I spent a wonderful 4 days here and could not have been more pleased. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely sized and had all we needed. The location is awesome as it is within walking distance of the nice downtown area with some good restaurants and shops. It was quiet and very nice. The owners were so nice, friendly and kind and the breakfast was amazing every day! Fresh baked breads, locally made jams, delicious eggs – YUM!!. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This place was quaint and cozy. Wonderful service with lots of suggestions for surrounding activites. Breakfast and wine tastings too. All around spectacular place to stay for this relaxed and historic lakeside vacation spot.

We stayed for two nights in a suite in January. I called ahead and Keith helped me choose a room, recommended places to visit in the area, and offered to have wine and freshly ground coffee ready for us. There isn’t a sign out front with the name on it, so we had to call. Keith and Suzette greeted us after we unloaded and gave us the coffee with some cream. They were very friendly and helpful.
The suite was a hotel-​style room without a TV, a nice bathroom with a tub/​shower and a second room with a living area /​kitchenette. The bedroom was homey and the whole place was very clean.
The kitchen area had a breakfast bar with two stools, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, plates, saucers, carafe, and silverware. It also had a microwave, good-​size mini fridge, and sink. Everything was clean and in great condition.
The living area had a pull-​out couch, a chair, small table, and a TV with basic cable.
There’s a back patio area as well.
Next time we visit Ludington we’ll stay here again.
