Horrible service! Cashiers not trained well. Managers don’t handle crowds and stress well. I witnessed several angry customers. I hope things get better.
Please have a Team meeting McDonalds and get your act together!

Horrible service! Waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken in drive thru before I decided to leave. Severed 2 other cars who arrived after me. I will not be back!

Where to start??? Let’s see, wrong orders, horrid service and having to wait 25 minutes for a large drink while the employees were sharing cell phone pictures… couldn’t understand that I wanted just a Bacon Ranch BLT and a large diet coke… not the whole combo. Told them four times what I wanted. Really? I sat there at the window and refused to move until they got the order right. Asked for the manager and guess what? NO MANAGER! Wow!

Sat. morning placed order at 8.25. Waited till 8.45 before order was compleated. Grandson had to go back 3 times to get the right drink. Hot choc., how hard is that. My worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in.
