They’re friendly if ur order is simple and consistent. But if they screw something up they won’t fix it. They won’t refund anything or replace anything and if it was their mistake they’ll still charge u for the fixed drink that should have been right in the first place. So if ur just getting a simple coffee or donut, u should be fine.

was not impressed by this location. DH and i both got iced coffee and he asked that both of ours be made with half the normal amount of cream and sugar. one of the female staffers had to translate this for another worker as apparently he did not speak english. well, something got lost in translation because my drink was ungodly sweet and DH could not detect a drop of sugar in his. glad we were just passing through here!

The staff here really has their stuff together! MUCH better than the one right up the road. Not only will they get through a line quickly, they actually listen when you order without cheese, or cream, etc.
Secret note: There is an entrance to the parking lot from behind the building — easier to make the left onto York Road from the light at Seminary — also more convenient when there is a line of cars attempting to make a left out of the lot!

This is what the nation runs on… or at least what the commercial says. This Dunkin Donuts is a well oiled machine. They can handle the sleepy, coffee deprived masses and take a line down from 12 down to 1 in a matter of minutes. You line up, place your order, they ring you up and you’re out the door. They are efficient yet pleasant which I think is hard to do in the morning. There are a few tables inside so you can enjoy a more leisurely coffee and donut/​breakfast than one inside your car.

Springfield, MA
Love me some coffee once in a while to start my long torturous Monday mornings, yeah 9am-​8pm in school sucks. Much prefer this location, rather than the one right next to. This one is less packed I’m usually in and out in .5 seconds lol no but really extremely fast service and huge parking lot.
