I’m going to fault myself on this one because I keep coming here thinking I’m going to get better service. Not the case. Last week I came in on a Sunday at 5 with not one person in the place. The worker was messing with the register and kept asking me to wait. Finally after asking how much longer someone came in another register. This morning I came in and it was a mess. My coffee came right away but the rest took the girl 15 mins to make… After asking for a refund so I could leave… Someone quickly got the items made… Hard wrap and the potatoes were cold. I don’t suggest this location.

Came in here on guard because of the reviews. Although the guy at the register was incredibly pleasant, and we had a great conversation about his choice of med schools, when I picked up my food, the older woman behind the counter literally acted as it was the end of the world because I asked for extra ketchup. When I turned around to get some napkins, I caught the b*tch and the dude behind me rolling their eyes as if I was holding up their crappy day/life. I shot them both an evil eye that shut them the f*ck up. I also went back to the register to tell the original dude about her sh*tty attitude. Now when I come in and she sees me, she keeps her head down and has nothing to say. On the plus side… They’re coffee is decent and they are the only ones who know how to make hash Browns crispy and fresh. But it’s pretty true… The staff of this location really needs to work on their attitude. Then we can talk about a higher Unilocal score. And I’m being nice giving them 3 stars. Their manager and dude at the register are their saving grace.

People are very rude as if there saying why are you here. Donuts are not fresh and that’s sad because they didn’t have a lot made. Coffee is old. For the most part there just jerks.

This is why I despise Dunkin Donuts. For one when I come here they have an attitude 98.9 percent of the time. They act like you’re getting on their nerves. Whenever you request a specific drink they never get it right. I only come here when I am running late to work.

I took my daughter in for a doughnut and after I ordered I realize I forgot my wallet, before I could walk away(and have a melt down on my hands) they told be I could have the doughnut for my daughter!

I feel bad even giving them 1 star. Can I give them 0? The service was horrible. I’ve went a few times and requested no cheese because I am allergic and EVERY time there is cheese. It’s ridiculous.

Coffee is not fresh. Employees or maybe it was the owner on the cell phone the whole time. Add that to the bad parking situation and I can understand why they don’t need fresh coffee.

well i got some gift cards from this place so i went there a few times to get coffee and the free donuts by filling out survey. so i did notice coffee not always fresh on some visits. donut selection is poor at certain times of day. and their was a rude employee there that yelled at me for picking up and flipping thru the dunkin donuts 2012 calender. so i left. not a very friendly place at all. plus on that visit the older man cashier failed to give me a receipt so my order should of been free. but it was not. signs about free order if not given a receipt is all over this store. AVOID this place. i complained to dunkin donuts corp and they are supose to get back to me.
