This experience has not been good. Oder blinds first week of September, was told it would take a bit… okay…so much for«next day,» didn’t expect that anyway… but 10⁄28? Almost 2 months. Then when they came the day of the install 1 of the 4 blinds was damaged… maybe you should check when they come into the warehouse? Just a thought. So today, 11⁄12 the guy comes to install the replacement… brings in the blind and looks up at the sky lite and tells me he needs to get a ladder. Comes back in less than 5 minutes without a ladder and then says he has the wrong blind… really? He then tells me to call to set up an installation date… Me? Really? So I call the store where I bought and the phone rings 20+ times at 10:15…and when they answer they hang up on me. So I then call the number where the installer is out of and explain my predicament… she transfers me to someone’s voice mail… leave message and wait… wait and wait. Decide to go to the store where the person there calls the same place I called and again she is on hold forever… finally someone is able to help her… and ready for this… the blind was correct but he couldn’t install… why lie to me? This is an integrity issue… tell the customer the truth! That is a novel idea… grrrrr…let’s see what happens tomorrow? Oh yea… who cares if you have a job… just take off and wait for them to maybe finally get it right! Today I was contacted by both the head of customer service and the president of the company. After putting out the previous comment the company responded in a big way! I truly appreciate the responses from both. I truly believe this company believes in great service and unfortunately I seem to be stuck in a dark cloud with this, but they made the sun come out brightly today! They made sure everything was«fixed!» I would also like to commend Charles(?) the installer that came the first time and also today for the replacement. Next Day should be proud to have him in their company! Thank you for everything today, you understand customer service and how to rectify and admit a mistake was made! Kudos! The way to make a review go from to 1 star to 4 stars!
