I went to this location to look at the high end Beautyrest product. I had read reviews about it in comparison to a competitor’s product at nearly twice the price. The mattress industry, from what I’ve read (and experienced), creates products with different names for different retailers. That makes it incredibly hard to comparison shop. Barry is THE BEST — he knew the product the best of anyone we encountered. He actually went above and beyond to save us a large sum of money. I wish I could say more about him, he was great. Very nice guy, try to pick a day to visit the store when he is there.

Buying a mattress can be incredibly STRESSFUL, which I guess is ironic because you’re just trying to get some relaxation when you sleep. My boyfriend and I stopped by this location on valentines day to buy ourselves a new mattress. Our old one was a lumpy, saggy disaster.
Highlights–
1. We were helped by Barry. If you go there, seek him out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to assist us.
2. Sleep on every mattress, do some research (the one we originally wanted had AWFUL reviews so we switched), and come back the next day.
3. They have free delivery and they take away your old mattress and boxspring
4. Go when they have a sale. We got ours for 50% off retail.
5. Make sure the boxspring will fit through your doorway and DO SOME MEASUREMENTS. Ours didn’t fit and it was a big hassle. Luckily, Barry was there to help us with a replacement.
6. Try to get financing. We got 1 year with no interest! If you do the math, then you’re paying around $ 3 a day to get the best nights sleep.
7. Calling the mattress discounters hotline is not as helpful as calling the store directly when you have issues. Calling the location directly was more efficient whereas calling customer service will keep you on hold for 20 minutes.
8. Yes they will try to upsell you so make sure you go in knowing what you want and do some research before and after!
9. This location has a huge range of mattresses like coil, hybrid, memory foam.
10. They match prices so you might have some bargaining room.
Overall, I would recommend this location. At first, we were frustrated by delivery issues and fit issues. However, Barry went out of his way to alleviate our disappointment and his customer service was outstanding. (Yes at one point I lost my temper and yelled a little, but he really took it in stride). I’m a huge advocate of online purchases but in my opinion, you really can’t get the same customer service when you’re mattress shopping!

I was in and out of this place quickly to buy a simple mattress after originally sleeping on an air mattress (not fun). The delivery time was exact and the delivery guys were prompt.
