DO NOT BUY ANY MATRESS OR bedding materials from sleep number co. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is very POOR, and the case manager that I dealt with was very RUDE. The store sales people are good. Its not their fault that the co doesn’t live up to their promises. I had to cancel my order due to very late delivery date, couldn’t wait any longer.

Well, at this point everyone knows what a Sleep Number bed is and what they do, so there is no reason to rehash that here.
But I do recommend going into a store, as they spend A LOT of time with you finding your ‘sleep number’ and going over the various options. We probably spent over an hour at the store and I appreciated the time, yet no hassle approach of the staff.
At the end of the day, all of the beds are basically an air chamber, with a a) foam topper (classic line), b) memory foam topper (m line) c) pillow top topper (i line).
The downside of having these store fronts is that they drive up the cost, and that’s inevitably why we didn’t buy from here. I mean, our quote came out to nearly 10k. Yes, that’s not a typo. $ 10,000. I mean a bed shouldn’t cost the same as a car.
So, just be sure to do your research. It’s worth a trip out here though.
