I went in a few weeks ago to have the screen repaired on my iPhone 6. About a week later I had an issue with my phone and it just completely stopped working so I came back in and Sam helped me tremendously throughout the whole process and went out of his way and spent a couple weeks taking my phone apart trying to figure out the issue. When he finally discovered the problem, it was no easy repair and he took it upon himself to fix my phone completely. He communicated with me daily giving me updates about the phone and gave me exceptional customer service throughout this whole experience. I would highly recommend this shop and Sam specifically to any friends and family. Thank you so much Sam!

Go go somewhere else. iPad mini glass was fixed. Home button was never set correctly and got worse over time. The LCD then developed a problem 3 weeks later which was not honored in their 30 day warranty as it was considered a different problem. They offered to fix lcd at cost which was a decent gesture, but in my opinion the lcd problem should have been noticed at the time of the first repair. There are plenty of other repair shops. Take your business elsewhere.

My husband took our iPad here to have the screen fixed (because he broke it!) and this place did an AWESOME job. They had it fixed in one day! The Apple Store wanted $ 279 to fix it and Go Go charged us well under $ 100 for this. I am so impressed with store! Totally recommend and will use in the future if needed!!!

the first time I called I experienced great customer service and the gentleman answered all my questions without hesitation. I like to be very detailed in questions so there are not any surprises. I went to the store two days later and the man doubled the price and was a jerk. I even told him who I talked to. He couldn’t care less. I will continue to go to the computer repair store across from Wiregrass mall. The guy I spoke with today was a complete jerk and won’t see my business.

Thank you Gogo Gadgets! Sunday afternoon, I sadly dropped my iPhone. I drove straight to Verizon. I am not a gadget person so I hated to spend money to upgrade when my phone was working perfect. They referred me to Gogo Gadgets Repair. I looked at the Unilocal reviews for another close by repair place and decided to stick with the Verizon recommendation. I’m so glad that I did. I walked in Monday morning (they are closed on Sundays) and it literally took minutes to let them know the problem and I was walking out the door. They asked if I wanted to wait or they could call me when it was done. I chose for them to call me, to which they did, within an hour. It works perfect! Thank you Gogo Gadgets!

Great shop and staff.
Easy to work with and had my phone ready for me in a few hours. While most of the other people didn’t have my galaxy note 3 class in stock for repair this shop squeezed me in and had my phone back to me same day. Super impressed and that’s a lot for me. I would definitely recommended. Plus they had a large variety of cases for sale at decent prices.

Just wanted to let everyone know about the super service I received at this new iPhone/​phone repair and replacement store in Lutz. They were very conscientious and thorough on a phone repair. Very efficient and fast, they kept me informed the entire time. They are getting more phones in and are nice enough to keep an eye out for phones, tablets and iPads you are looking for and will contact you when they find one! Great service! Competitive pricing! Super people! Give them a call when your electronics go haywire or are damaged. They have a store front location on U.S. 41 /​Land O’Lakes Blvd in Lutz just South of S.R. 54. Be sure to pull in the parking entrance just before the building as the parking lot is one way in back of the building. I’ll be back and you should give them a try!
