We live in Lutz and have been looking for a true ice cream shop, not a large chain… and we finally found it at Philly Cream. It’s not easy to find, but the owner, Brian, puts the sign out on US41, south of Newberger Rd. The ice cream, both hard and soft serve are fresh and delicious and addictive. We will continue to go there for the excellent ice cream!
