Awful, awful«service» The two men there had nasty attitudes as soon as I walked in. They couldn’t be bothered. The first rep just grabbed my phone, removed the case and started poking around for several long minutes without telling me what he was doing. He then had to ask the other rep questions, as he clearly had no clue. I remained cordial and even tried to lighten the mood as they«tried» to fix the problem I was having with my phone. The only solution? Upgrade to a newer phone. «I’ll throw in a case if you get it right now». Turns out my husband was able to(after much searching around online) resolve the issue. The place smelled bad as well. Ugh. What a bad experience. The funny thing is that I went there for a change after being fed up with the lack of bedside manner at a different location closer to my home, but this was even worse! Don’t waste your time.

Horrible service! Tried to activate a new phone not only got charged $ 18 for activating the phone but was also informed that my insurance was dropped. The sales representative was completely useless! Metro PCS is the worst phone provider!
