I actually was going to go to the Rockville Centre store. I called them and they told me there was about a 45 minute wait AND they would not be able to transfer my pictures over to my iPhone 6 from my iPhone 5. The funny thing was, when I called the day before they told me the would be able to and I only had about 100 pictures.
On December 28th I called the Lynbrook store and asked them if they had a long wait and I also asked if they would be able to transfer my pictures over. The gentleman on the other end was very polite and said there was not wait and it would not be a problem to transfer the pictures oover.
I go to the store and I was waited on the moment I arrived and the gentleman activated and transfered my pictures in about 20 minutes! He was very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me.
If I have any problems in the future I will be going back to them NOT the Rockville Centre store!
