Preway Service

I have never dealt with worse service in my life. After waiting for hours for preway to show up they stood me up and they told me their technician wrote a note and said I was not home. I live in a building with a doorman and security both of which would have called me if someone showed up. When I called to complain the secretary said she could reschedule me but could not do anything else for me and that I would need to wait around again for a 5 hour window and when I asked to speak to the manager he said «my girl told me she would reschedule you, either you can get over it and we can reschedule otherwise I cant do anything for you, I cant give you anything that is not how we do business»
I would never deal with them again and will blast the word out that anyone I know should not use them

After waiting in all day for repair man (who refused to give any time), phone Preway to be informed by incredibly rude woman «Betty» that she cannot discuss the situation with me as I am merely a tenant.

Repair man came and said he had to order a part for my oven and it would take a few days. I called a week later and the woman on the phone couldn’t have been more rude, and said the parts come from China and would take a month and a half.

Charged $ 550 to change a rotator belt
