I had Universe install a new gas heating system. The technicians were excellent in how they did their work and all of them worked together as a team. The whole installation process was A-​1, not a leak found. They all treated me as if I was the main concern, and they constantly worked to get the job done as fast as possible.
I worked with the Seaford office. One concern I have is that when going to the Universe Appliance website, the log on function is not available. I would think after spending thousands of dollars, I would be recognized on their website. No accounting whatsoever. I hope the company will institute this practice ASAP.

Completely unprofessional. They scheduled an appointment with my mother to come in and look at her dryer. They gave her between 10 am and 1 pm as the window of time when they’d be there. They never showed up and didn’t pick up the phone when she called them.

I found them very efficient. Came in, conducted complete checkup, explained why no repair is needed. The cost is medium to high, but it is ok with me since they do quality work. Recommend!!!
