The best late night food out there. Maybe I’m biased as I live walking distance, but I think this is one of the more convenient late night eateries the city has to offer. Additionally, the staff late at night are a great group of fun, exciting individuals. If you come here, you absolutely have to order a «bowl with» and a «cheesy» — a bowl of chili with onions and a hamburger with an egg on it. Add bacon if you’re willing to splurge! Oh, can’t forget the fries — they have the BEST fries in the 434.

The hot hotdogs there are amazing. As well as the corn dog. Their homemade chili and relish are one of the best I’ve tasted. There is a slight sweet and tangyness to the relish and the chili is not salty at all. Very good job!

Miss Lisa is the sexiest woman I have ever seen in my life. Also, the food is on fleek. Order the«Trifecta» it will put lead in your pencil. Side note, Earnest is the best cook ever, better than Emeril Lagasse. BAM

«Cheesy all the way, dog all the way, bowl all the way!!!» These are the kind of things that will be shouted over the shoulder of Bertha. I don’t know this woman’s name so I call her Bertha. You will understand. Also, Bertha doesn’t like you or any of your friends. You will see. The cheesy western is this master piece of grease, this art of meat patty, fried egg, mustard relish, and american cheese product slapped in between a flat bun. Don’t try to understand it, just put it in your mouth. The T Room(lovingly named by locals) doesn’t have private tables so that you may hide in your fried shame. You will sit with the rest of us at a bar, eat fast, and move on. The new and improved T room in cornerstone offers the same menu but definitely not the gritty atmosphere of the old downtown building. It is a great place for kids during the day but keep in mind after dark it’s sole purpose is for those who are inebriated to feed. Nothing better to sober you up than the sound of Bertha screaming about going all the way. In short, this place is a dirty little gem.

If you like Texas Inn, you can’t be disappointed with the new location. Other than a bit of history, there’s nothing missing at this spot. It’s a bit cleaner/nicer looking, and there’s a few new menu items only available here(including fries – yes, fries(fans of the original location will get why that’s a big deal)). If you’re closer to this location than the other, then go ahead and go here, you can expect the exact same quality you’d find downtown.

Food was okay. Saw a man order some chili and the lady who served him had her thumb half way in the chili with gloves on. Gross

I was initiated at the downtown Lynchburg location first. Some people say that at this new place the food taste different. I don’t agree. Love the cheesy double relish. The burger was fresh, juicy and hot. The only reason I gave a 4 as the waitress was more interested in how her makeup looked then waiting on customers. Never have that problem downtown. The waitresses downtown are much more efficient. Never used the bathroom downtown as I was warned against it. Nice to have a clean bathroom here and like the addition of fries.

Great new location. Same great food! At first you think it will not be the same but the food hasn’t changed. Same great food!

Cheesy western… don’t need to think about it. Open 24⁄6 Sunday Closed Its fast, its greasy, its good, oh and its cheap! The worst part about the place is that you leave smelling like onions. My goal is to get wasted and find myself at The T Room by the end of the night. This is homemade food of Lynchburg. Not the crap fast food and chain restaurants that are scattered up and down Wards Road.

Local greasy spoon updated to a nicer part of Lyncburg area. Food is straightforward… It’s a good place, if you don’t want to wait too long for your order.(Or if you’re drunk/hungover) It’s cute because it has it’s own lingo that you can learn.(Probably not interested if you’re drunk/hungover) Had the Cheesy, Fries and a drink for $ 6.25. The chocolate meringue pie was good. I would come back to have another slice.($ 3.19) Open 24⁄6(Closed on Sunday… cause let’s face it, we are in Lynchburg!)

Food was yummy, prices were right. Only thing that bugged me and made me give it a 2 was that it got shut down for rodent or bug activity. It’s now open and cleaned but still. Not something that should happen.

Eat here. Order a plain cheesy, bottle coke, and a small fry. Be an American. Support small business. Eat good food. You’re welcome. Truths about the T-Room: — the food is better after midnight — showering beforehand is a waste of time — your only complaint will be lynchburg city food tax
