Vistas At Dreaming Creek

I was so excited to move here because it was beautiful and in such an ideal location. By the time I was completely moved in, I realized how unorganized the management was and I immediately regretted my decision. Dorothy was the only person who seemed to care and was the only one who treated me with respect. Maintenance was awful and the apartment fell apart. The microwave handle wasn’t completely attached, the toilet paper holder fell off of the cabinet every time you touched it, and the air conditioning/​heater broke about 5 times. The toilets flooded for no reason whatsoever and maintenance sometimes took 2 – 3 days to respond to a request.
Worst of all, we were guaranteed our security deposit 45 days after we moved out, and nearly 70 days later, we have not gotten a response from them other than «Contact corporate.»
The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the location is perfect and it looks beautiful. (Don’t be fooled!)

Do not live at the Vistas. If you’re going to live here, choose the Grand Vistas because they’re newer and nicer. I cannot even tell you how many things were wrong with our apartment in just the first week and then how much crappier the condition was after living here for a few months.
The showers are terrible (you can’t use both showers at the same time unless you both want cold showers), some of our appliances didn’t function properly, random things were broken (i.e. my shower curtain rod, the sink disposal, windows, sink stopper) and the management is just unorganized and never seem to look at your maintenance requests. We literally had to put in multiple requests to come and fix one thing, and they didn’t even fix it correctly.
Oh and the gym is full of broken or poor functioning 90s-​early 00’s equipment. Just don’t live here.
