Rite Aid

If there were zero stars or even negative stars, it would be too many.
I used to get my parents’ prescriptions here, years ago and forced them to go elsewhere.
Store rarely has the meds you need, in stock. Always have to order them. The staff acts like they do you a favor. Stupid shouldn’t have an attitude.
They shorted my dad about 15 pills for his bp and accused him of taking too many. I assured them that he was not a bp medication addict and if he had taken that many, his bp would be zero. I had a blow out fight with the staff. I won.
They gave my mother someone else’ prescription, entirely and we didn’t notice until my mom saw the pills looked different. HIPPA violations anyone?
They gave me an empty bag once, with no meds inside.
The list goes on and on.
Now, my partner needs seizure meds. She told him they will order them… i don’t think so… he needs to take it tonight so he doesn’t have a seizure. Idiots. I just forced him to go back inside and see if another store had it and lo and behold, she is giving him a partial fill and will order the rest. An abject lie. I’m waiting in the car for him and writing this because I am so fed up and hate this place so much.
I could go on but you get the point.
STAY AWAY. This place should be shut down.

I only go here when I absolutely have to. Their parking is tight and crowded, which leads to frayed nerves when coming in and trying to find a place.
I used to get prescriptions here, but celebrated when Walgreens opened up. Yes, I would rather drive to a place that has a drive thru, offers unexpired meds, and gets your order straight.

It is Rite Aid. It is a convenience store so it has whatever it is you are looking for.
Watch out for the cops though. The police station is next to it so they are always creeping around.

The worst. i have never gone to pick up a prescription w/​standing at the counter for 3 – 4 minutes before they even acknowledge that someone is standing there, they are so rude!!! Switching to Shop Rite or CVS

Was in last week to exchange hubby’s insulin.
You see they filled it few days prior with insulin that was 13 months expired.
Thank god he noticed.
