Station at Lyndhurst

My family and I enjoy living here! The apartments have nice open floor plans and nice upgrades; the view of the city is fabulous! The gym and outdoor courtyards are great. A pool would be nice but it’s supposed to be part of the next phase so we’re looking forward to that! The location itself allows for easy access to various locations. The staff is friendly and plans fun events for the residents. Additional parking can be a challenge especially at night or on the weekends. Overall we love where we live and would recommend it!

I love living here. The apartments are very spacious and have a nice modern feel. The gym and outdoor patio are great amenities.
The only negative comment I have is that guest parking can be difficult at night and on the weekends.

We have decided to leave here, and cannot wait for that day to come.

Management staff here are by far the best I’ve encountered, ever. They are very pleasant! My roommate and I made a cross-​country move and they were warm and welcoming during the entire process especially as we were getting acclimated to a new coast…(moving is never really smooth). I am very pleased with the cleanliness and policies they are enforcing with trash and recycling! We’ll see how the outdoor courtyard is when it’s warmer but so far it’s been quiet and very positive experience here. The shuttle service is a great perk.
My only drawback was the flood of children that came into the business/​lounge room. It went from quiet to a daycare out of no where. I was only down there to work once that week and hope it was a coincidence. I have to check but I hope there is a policy that children cannot be in any of the common areas unattended… and in that case 1 adult per 4 – 6 children is not a good ratio.
Despite what I mentioned above, my experience this has been very positive and I have not had to submit a work request yet. So far so good! #IlovewhereILive.

We have been nothing short of satisfied since we moved in. We love our new hom amd all the staff is so helpful and friendly! Our dogfy loves when we take him on long walks and we love how quiet it is

Apartment is brand new and as the previous review said, staff at leasing office is very responsive and professional and organize some interesting events for the whole community. Hence the two stars rating.
However, the good stops here.
First of all, rent is on the higher end and everything is extra money — pets, parking, extra storage space, even water. I understand rental demand is strong in the current market and landlord want to maximize their profit, as any landlord would do.
Ironically, the developer of this apartment complex provides affordable housing in order to take advantage of some local tax incentive. Let’s put aside whether such tax incentive is an efficient way of allocating tax payers’ money or make any economical sense, which is another whole topic that could warranty some academic debate, but it definitely draws an ENTIRELY different crowd to the apartments.
Without any exaggeration, police cars/​ambulances are coming almost every week because someone in the apartment complex were having fights/​arguments, or domestic violence were involved. The trash room, which residents supposedly should only put unfolded cardboard and plastic bottles outside the chute, were piled with unwanted furniture and cardboard that people are too lazy to unfold.
AND there is my neighbors: they would talk nonstop from 3:00 am for an hour and a half on the balcony; turn TV on high volumes many nights till dawn without closing any windows/​doors. Of Course the paper thin wall of the apartment do not muffle the sound…
So be warned, if you want to rent at this place, it is your prerogative to do your due diligence, avoid noisy neighbor (although I haven’t figured out how) and be prepared to pay extra!

The property is coming along nicely. They are finally installing the outdoor area with BBQs, lounge chairs, and fire pits. The individual apartments are very nice. The community is very peaceful and quiet. The management is very quick and efficient to responding and solving problems. They also do a lot for their residents by hosting fun activities and events.

Amazing place with great people in a nice location. From the women who put in endless hours in lobby to the maintenance crew the place is top shelf.
