Wendy’s

Best wendys location. The busy hours are after 1 pm to 4 pm because of the nearby schools. However, the prices are actually better than other locations, their value menu ($ 1) menu is actually ($ 1). Not like some locations $ 1.39 or $ 1.89. Friendly cashiers and the food is always good if you want fast food that’s better than mc donalds.

The absolute best fast food I’ve ever had in my entire life. I came 11 minutes before closing and they prepared everything to perfection. Despite my slurred speech and annoyingly specific order, the ESL speaker I spoke to understood me perfectly. I would give it ¹⁰⁄₁₀ stars if that was possible. I love the Wendy’s in Lyndhurst and I have made it the exclusive Wendy’s which I frequent.

This place has gone down and really have slow and bad service. They ran out of napkins, conditions, forks. I got my ordered screwed twice. The manager looks like he just woke up from a nap. I don’t expect much from fast food restaurants but at least stock up on the utensils and napkins. The place is also very dirty. Sad to see something with potential business growth going down. Chick fil a where are you?

The service is slow and if you change the order to add an item to it (tomato lettuce) they look at you like a deer caught in the headlights! The woman who took my order actually told me that could not add it subtract from the item on the menu.
They allow an individual to come in and go through the garbage looking for half eaten food and drinks. Another individual panhandles in the parking lot and then goes across the street to the liquor store.
Finally would it hurt them to get rid of the half of dozen flys buzzing around overhead where you order and the food is prepared.
They never seem to be fully stocked with napkins, utensils, ketchup, etc.
Also the tables and floors needed to be cleaned. In the men’s bathroom they installed a towel dispenser several months ago but nobody ever filled it.

1 star is too much.
I stopped in this Wendy’s today for a bite to eat. I placed my order pretty clearly; a number 4 baconator small. The price on the board was 8.59 plus tax. The cashier, Kenje, told me my order was 7 and change. I immediately explained that the must be wrong because the price is no right; she proceeded to argue with me. I then asked for a manager because there seems to have been a communication problem. The manager, Jackie, then proceeded to support her staff member and tell me that a number 4 could be several different sandwiches. I began to get upset because the combo is clearly stated as a specific sandwich ant a set price.
After some more arguing my order was still not being placed correctly. I then canceled the order and asked for the general managers information to make a complaint. The manager was not able to provide me with a name for the GM or a contact phone number.
I left the restaurant upset and hungry. It is not a bad idea to hire people from the area to work for this place. It seems to me they import these workers from wherever they can find cheap and useless staff. English was an issue but last time I checked I live in an English speaking area.

Screwed up the order. Served cold food. But gave an extra star for trying to make it right.
