Compare Supermarket

Like going here because it’s 10 minutes away from my house and it beats going to stop and shop which is like 20 – 30 minutes away if I walk.
All of the employees are friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. The meat is fairly cheap also.
However, the reason I give 3 stars is:
1– For your basic American foods, they are WAY over priced!
2– Not all of their vegetables are fresh. There have been numerous times when I’d shop for vegetables and they already have white, fuzzy mold on then or where I go for lettuce and its soggy and brown.
3– Who comes up with the prices? I went for a gallon of milk and it was $ 4.59! A half gallon of store brand was $ 2.99 but a half gallon of Hood was $ 1.99…what gives?
I really like the convenience of them being soo close to my home but I’d wish they would have more fresh produce available in a time where people are trying to be more healthy and conscious about what they eat.
But overall, I will continue to shop there, mostly for meat, last minute items and hard to find items.
