This time not so good. Overpriced and sloppy work. Left a very conspicuous seam right at my front door because they measured incorrectly. Won’t be using them again.

Excellent customer service and installation! Even for a small commercial job, I was given first-​rate attention and care. John made a carpet recommendation that was different from what I thought I wanted, and he was absolutely right. The installer (I’m sorry — I forgot his name!) was a really pleasant guy who worked very efficiently and neatly, installing a wall-​to-​wall carpet in a small room with several «complications.» He even vacuumed the rug afterwards. They prepared my invoice in a special requested manner, without complaint. I love to give my business to local businesses, especially smaller companies because they work hard to compete with big box stores. Repucci & Sons has my highest recommendation.
